Shipping policy
Most of our orders will be delivered by Royal Mail shipping services, on rare occasions parcels may be sent with Hermes or DPD, but you will be notified if this is the case.
If you enter your mobile number at the checkout process you will receive SMS updates about your delivery.
The Standard & Express Delivery options include tracking link to click through, so you can check its progress at any time. You will get an SMS or Email notification when the item is shipped. You can also leave details of a safe place to leave your parcel should you be out when we deliver, please use the special notes section on checkout for this if you feel you may need it.
In order to checkout, you will be required to enter a valid email address, this is to enable us to send confirmation and shipping notification emails for your purchase. This does not enrol you into marketing emails, these you need to opt into separately to receive as per GDPR.
Email notifications from Royal Mail will contain PHO in their tracking updates.
Free standard delivery is offered when the cart spend is £40 or over NOT including delivery.
Delivery Pricing & Timeframes

Delivery timeframes include working days (Monday-Friday) and Saturday mornings only. Delivery also depends on the time that you place your order.
Items ordered after 3 pm Mon-Fri will be shipped the next day (excluding Sundays and bank holidays).
Items ordered before 10:30 am on Saturdays may be shipped the same day, although cannot be guaranteed, otherwise will be shipped on the next working day, i.e. Monday (unless it's a bank holiday).
Orders placed after 10:30 am Saturday or anytime Sunday will be shipped out on the next day, i.e. Monday (unless it's a bank holiday).
Where do you deliver?
We currently ship to all addresses within Great Britain and Northern Ireland excluding hotels, hostels, prisons, P.O. Boxes and BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Channel Islands.
AutoFill Address
Our website will help you to find your address as you type it in, if you have any issues or an incorrect address populates try to re-enter the line address again or try the postcode. If the problem persists, contact us via live chat or via email: info@bioppajewellery.com.
We also use software "Shop" that enables you to save your shipping and billing details for a quicker process for future purchases. If you do not wish for these to be saved then simply do not check the box to save them.
