How Much Is Delivery?
Standard Delivery - £2.75
Express Delivery - £3.65
Free Delivery - Orders over £40 (not including delivery cost, £40 must be on purchased items)
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Standard Delivery - 2-3 Working days
Express Delivery - 1-2 Working Days
Free Standard Delivery on orders over £40 will take 2-4 days.
All delivery times do not include Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Can I Track My Delivery?
Yes, you can track your order when you shop with Bioppa.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link from Royal Mail, or in rare cases Evri or DPD.
Where Do You Deliver?
We currently ship to all addresses within Great Britain and Northern Ireland excluding hotels, hostels, prisons, P.O. Boxes and BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Channel Islands.
Can My Billing Address Differ From Delivery Address?
Yes, absolutely, by default the system will make your billing and shipping address the same, but you can alter this in the "card details section", by unticking the box located at the bottom.
Once you unclick the box, a drop down will appear for you to enter in your billing address.
Returns & Exchanges FAQs
What Items Can Be Returned?
Full priced items purchased at Bioppa can be returned, providing they fall under the fault of Bioppa, such as defective, damaged or deformed.
Sale items, discounted items, gift cards, personalised items will not be accepted for returns.
How Can I Return My Item?
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@bioppajewellery.com. Please provide the following information:
- Full Name (if it was a gift the name of the purchaser)
- Order Number (will be on your purchase email)
- Reason for return (damage/defects etc)
- Contact Number
- Email Address
If your return is accepted and is due to a fault by Bioppa we will send you a digital return shipping label to print out. Alternatively we can reimburse you if your post your return and send us the receipt.
If a return is due to an error on your (customer) side, such as ordering the wrong item/s or ordering too many products, or changing your mind return postage will not be covered by Bioppa.
Please Note: Sale and Discount items are not eligible for returns.
Things to Ensure for Returns:
-Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
-It needs to be in its original packaging.
-You need the receipt or proof of purchase (physical or digital).
Timeframes
Please be advised that the completion of any refund may take up to 14 days from receipt of your returned item.
Are Returns Free or Paid?
Free 30 Day Returns:
If your return has been found to be due to a fault, damage or defect by Bioppa we will send you a digital return shipping label to print via email to return the item to us. Alternatively we can reimburse you if your post your return and send us the receipt, physical or digital.
Customer Paid Returns
If a return is due to an error on the customer side, such as ordering the wrong item/s or ordering too many products or changing your mind or returning an item after period of time - 30 days, return postage will be paid by you the customer.
We will communicate instructions on how and where to send your package.
How Long Do Refunds Take?
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund back onto the payment card you purchased the item.
The refund may take up to 14 days to show in your account. This will depend on the day the refund is processed, the processing times for Shopify refunds, the card type the customer has paid with and their processing times.
Do You Accept Exchanges?
Yes, we do accept exchanges in cases where the wrong item has been ordered, as long as the customer contacts us within 14 days of purchase and returns the item with 30 days of purchase.
We will exchange for another product providing the following:
-The item you wish to exchange for is in stock and available at the time of enquiry.
-The items are the same cost, or you are willing to pay the difference for a more expensive item.
-You are willing to pay return shipping to return the item to us, Bioppa will cover the cost of sending the exchanged item back to you.
-The item is unused, unworn and not damaged by you.
-It is returned in its original packaging.
- You have proof of purchase, i.e. digital receipt.
This above is on the condition that the customer agrees exchanges are non refundable, and limited to 1 exchange event per purchase.
Gift Card FAQs
Do You Offer Gift Cards?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards for speed and convenience that are sent to either your email or your intended recipients email.
What Amounts Do You do For Gift Cards?
We offer gift card denominations of £10, £25, £50 and £100.
How Do I Use a Bioppa Gift Card?
Once you receive your digital gift card via email, navigate to Bioppa to start shopping as normal, select the items you wish to purchase and proceed to the checkout.
Once there you will have a unique digital code to enter in the discount code/gift card section.
Do I have to Spend The Entire Amount on the Gift Card?
No, you don't have to use the entire amount, you can use it to buy items that are below your gifted amount.
Once you enter your code at checkout and complete your purchase, you will receive your order confirmation email and an email to alert you to your remaining gift card balance.
You can also use it to in part payment should the items you wish to buy be more expensive than the gift card amount. You will need another payment form such as a card payment to pay for the remaining balance once you have entered your gift card code.
How Long are Gift Cards Valid For?
All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
What Items Can I Buy With Gifts Cards?
All full priced items, sale items and special offers are valid for purchase using a gift card.
However discount codes and gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with each other.

What Payment Options Do You Accept?
We accept debit and credit cards with Visa and Mastercard.
Can I Amend My Order After Completion?
Once you have received your order confirmation email, it is not possible to amend it online.
If you have made a mistake in error please contact us as soon as possible on live chat or email with details of the mistake and your order no, we cannot guarantee we can resolve every issue but will try our best to help. info@bioppajewellery.com
My Payment Has Been Declined, What Now?
Please double-check that the details you’ve entered are correct and that the payment you are trying to use are amongst those we accept.
For credit card payments, make sure that the expiration date, billing address, and 3-digit code on the back of your card have been entered correctly.
Sometime on occasion the payment can be blocked by your bank. Please contact them to check if there is an issue on their end.

Why Has Been My Order Been Cancelled?
Our payment providers carry out checks to verify payments. If these checks come back as unverified, the system automatically will cancel the order, resulting in an automatic email to the customer.
Alternatively we may cancel an order, or hold an order if we suspect any fraudulent activity or if an order is unusually large in value.
Other FAQs
What Packaging Do You use?
We try to use packaging materials that can either re-used or recycled.
Our shipping boxes are made from recycled materials and can be recycled again.
We use non-toxic lightweight tissue paper and bubble wrap for padding to protect your jewellery from damage.
To keep your jewellery secure we use a small piece of ribbon around card in a tightly sealed mini re-usable storage bag.
Our outer packaging is a recyclable waterproof mailer for individual packages, or larger bubble mailer for multiple items.
What Materials Are Your Charms Made from?
We source high quality metals, mostly 925 sterling silver. 92.5 silver is the quality standard for almost all jewellers around the world, including Pandora (you can see this listed in metal in product info section on their website).
Why is it 92.5? What is the other 7.5?
Sterling silver requires the mixture of other metals because naturally, pure silver is quite soft.
Adding other metals to the silver increases the hardness, making it more suitable and durable for use in jewellery.
The process produces that signature silver colour: bright, shiny and metallic.
We also have rose gold plated 925 sterling silver charms and enamel decorated jewellery to add more colourful and on trend options.
We will be adding more affordable materials such as stainless steel (that is hypoallergenic and non tarnish) and alloy & zinc jewellery.
How Can I Tell If Jewellery is Real Sterling Silver?
Most of our items contain the 925 stamp where possible, so you can tell it's genuine sterling silver.
925 sterling silver will not be attracted to a magnet, you can test using a magnet to see if they jewellery sticks to it.
Sterling silver oxidises due to the high quantity of silver. But if it's genuine sterling silver, the darkened area will be renewed back to it's shiny state with a polish cloth.
If the polish cloth has a dark patch where you have rubbed the item, it's real sterling silver. If it's another bright colour, say red for example, it's another mixture of metals, such as copper.
How Do I Use Promo Codes?
Promotions, or Promo Codes, provide you with discounts on your online purchases.
To receive your discount, insert the Promo Code in the appropriate field during checkout.
You will immediately see the discount applied to your total order.
Only one Promo Code can be used per order. Some restrictions may apply regarding the validity period, product category, and/or purchase order minimums.
Any and all restrictions will be stated in the promotion. Promos which reduce an item’s price can’t be used on products which have already been discounted such as those "on sale".
