Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, physical or digital (i.e. email confirmation), if your item was a gift, please contact the person who bought the item for you to return it.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@bioppajewellery.com. If your return is accepted and is due to a fault by Bioppa we will send you a digital return shipping label to print, or we can reimburse you if your post your return and send us the receipt.
If a return is due to an error on your (customer) side, such as ordering the wrong item/s or ordering too many products, return postage will not be covered by Bioppa. We will communicate instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your item/s upon receiving your order and contact us via email sales@bioppajewellery.com within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it asap.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, certain sale items or personalized items), and Jewellery care goods (such as cleaning cloths, cleaning solutions). We also do not accept returns for products that you do not have a receipt for, physical or digital. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To request an exchange please contact us via email sales@bioppajewellery.com and let us know the reason for the exchange. Once we have replied the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have as soon as possible. Once the return is received by us and accepted, we can send the exchange or if easier you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
If the item is an error on Bioppa's part, i.e.. the wrong charm is sent in error or is damaged, we will pay for the postage costs of returning the item. However, if the exchange is a result of you (the customer) ordering the wrong item, postage will be paid by the customer who purchased it.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not via the email you provide upon the checkout and confirmation page. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please be aware it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Typically 5-7 working days (not including weekends), depending on your payment type and your payment providers processing times.
